My family and I were visiting Greensboro for my husband’s work and we decided to try Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill. The interior of the restaurant is so cool! It’s got separate themes in different areas. We sat in the old theatre section. Lots of old movie posters and the area itself looked like an old live theatre. The food was great. Large portions. The standout (even after all the cool decor and the great food) was our server, Tae. He was amazing! I even had to stop the manager and let her know. Great food, great service. We will for sure be coming back!

First time dining here. Long wait, but worth it. We were seated and no one came to take our order. A nice waiter named Ramone noticed us and said he would take over. He suggested the in house homemade potato soup and it was very delicious. My husband and I both had French Dips. The beef was sliced thin like we like, but lacked flavor. The aujus was bland also. The French fries were very good. Nice and crispy with seasoning. Ramone was very attentive and polite. We were just passing through the area, but if we ever do again we will be back.

This place is unique and brings back some vibes from the 90s, Yes I'm that old...The Lasagna omg wow was freaking awesome. Soft drinks coke zero unlike other restaurants tasted like coke zero. Worth visiting we recommend it. I can see why there would be a wait but worth it if it's not over 20 mins. My general rule is a 20 mins I can be somewhere else sitting down...Try it you won't be disappointed

Tonight’s dinner was nothing short of incredible. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked medium-rare ribeye, paired with a loaded stuffed baked potato overflowing with bacon, cheese, and sour cream. It came with a fresh garden salad and a warm, comforting bowl of French onion soup topped with a light, crisp cracker bread. My husband chose the prime rib, served tender and juicy with rich au jus and creamy horseradish sauce, alongside his own loaded stuffed baked potato, a crisp Caesar salad, and French onion soup. To start, we shared the Snack Attack, and it absolutely lived up to its name! The platter was piled high with crispy battered shrimp, golden onion rings, juicy chicken wings coated in a delicious signature sauce, gooey fried provolone cheese, and more battered fried favorites. The creamy Dijon mustard and sour cream dipping sauce tied everything together perfectly. Every bite was packed with flavor, the portions were generous, and it was one of those meals that reminds you why it’s worth treating yourself once in a while. From the appetizers to the steaks, everything was cooked beautifully and absolutely delicious. I cannot forget to compliment the bar. I loved my island drink,

My wife and I wanted to try a new spot for dinner last night, and she thought Darryl's menu looked good. We were not disappointed! We started with the Pimento Cheese with the Homemade Crackers. We did ask them to melt the pimento cheese though, as that's the right way to eat it ;). The crackers and melted pimento cheese was delicious. Very greasy, of course, but worth it! Then I ordered the pork ribs with cheesy grits and the white cheddar mac and cheese. This was a great choice. The ribs were tender. Not quite fall off the bone, but tender all the same. The bbq sauce was pretty standard, but good. The white cheddar mac and cheese was creamy just the way I like it. The cheese grits were pretty standard, and what you'd expect. The only negative was that the sides were pretty small, each coming in a ramekin. My wife ordered the Lasagna. She makes the best lasagna I've ever eaten, so we've got a pretty high bar for the dish, but she thought this one was pretty good. The stack itself was primarily the pasta and cheese, with the generous portions of sauce more being around the sides of the stack. Overall, she thought it was pretty good. For desert, we decided to share the brownie su
